The Fifth Global Pioneerism, Innovation and Excellence Conference was held in the UAE on October 22 and 23, 2019. The conference awarded President Xie "The Pioneerism in Global Heartnet Initiativw 2019".

Chairman Xie appointed Chairman Cui to receive the award on his behalf and delivered an English speech entitled "New School, New Civilization", which clarified the committee's ideas and plans in the field of innovative education and the construction of the Heartnet of Things in the future, which was highly recognized and warmly received by the participants.
