In December 2016, the EU-China Commission signed a strategic cooperation agreement with CCTV Xinke Animation Channel. The two sides agreed to carry out in-depth cooperation in the Maker Training Project for the purpose of cultivating youth technological innovation, Sino-European education cooperation, European promotion of "Cultural China", and other related European resources to benefit more Chinese through TV media reports. The first exhibition of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and France organized by the EU-China Commission, “Zhao splash ball Chinese Painting European Tour Exhibition”, opened in the Carrousel Hall of the Louvre in Paris, France. The committee collaborated with Chinese artists to show the most Chinese characteristic ink and wash landscape paintings to the French audience, and enhance the cultural understanding of both sides through beautiful paintings.
