Spas in the city of Spa in Belgium are all over, and local residents began to treat various diseases through hot spring baths as early as 2000 years ago. In 1717, the German Peter the Great also visited the place to take a bath. Spar's reputation reached its peak in the 18th century, making the city's famous Spa officially synonymous with hot springs in English and other languages. Spa is also on the "UNESCO World Heritage List." At this stage, Spa development covers 5 areas: hot springs, landscape, economy, housing, leisure and entertainment (casinos and gambling, F1 track, spa cycle rally, drama festival, music festival).

In 2013, the Eu- China Commission decided to work with Denys on the restoration of the bath building as a starting point for a comprehensive development package for Spa.The two parties will focus on creating a private club to attract rich Asian businessmen to visit Spa. At the same time, a 300 or 500 suite hotel will be built around spa town and the spa training system will be started. The committee will also build the grounds for the expansion of the Royal Golf Club, which will also be the seat of the Royal Golf School, and plans to establish an artist village and a natural rehabilitation center in Spa.
