On May 17, 2019, the "Perception of China · Beautiful Qinghai" National Culture and Art Exhibition was held in the Library of the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon. The visit of the Qinghai Provincial Culture and Art Delegation has added new impetus and achievements to the traditional friendship between China and Portugal. The EU-China Commission has supported exchange activities and project cooperation between the two sides, and will allocate high-end international resources for culture, arts, innovative education, financial technology and many other fields to build a road from Qinghai to Europe and the world.
