The EU-China Commission has reached a strategic cooperation intention with the Government of the Greater Bay Area of California and Berkeley University, and decided to jointly build future universities in the Greater Bay Area of California, the European Union and China, focusing on training innovative talents suitable for the era of smart ecological civilization.
