The China-Europe Culture & Creativity Institute is the first Chinese-foreign cooperative education project established by the European Union in China—the successful case of the “China-Europe Business School” in Shanghai, and the second Chinese-foreign cooperative education project in China.The project condenses high-end educational resources in the EU and even around the world, and will promote the development of education and culture, innovate and create the world's only "13 cultural and creative subjects + 13 EU countries + 13 partner schools" educational projects. Film and television is one of 13 cultural and creative subjects.
The China-Europe Cultural and Creative School of Film and Television is the highest institution of cultural and creative complex and film and television professionals with the strong support of the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Beijing Municipal People's Government and the People's Government of Huairou District. The college covers a total area of 263.25 mu, of which 156.45 mu is for construction. At that time, the China Europe Institute of Culture and Creativity will cooperate with the Prague Film Academy, the London Film Academy, the Munich Film and Television University, the Madrid Film School, and the Paris Higher School of Culture and Art to open a cooperative college. The college's hardware facilities will include: leisure living area, teaching area, cultural activity area, exchange display area and film and television experiment area. Based on the problems existing in Chinese film and television education, the college adopts the "solar energy + specialization" program in the course setting to solve the relationship between teacher allocation and student autonomy. At the same time, the college will invite well-known directors, producers, planners, actors and students to communicate, and cooperate with professional film and television companies, television media and so on. The college will set up undergraduate, postgraduate and international exchange programs, combining theory and practice, practice and creativity, learning while doing, to achieve the integration of production, study and research.
