The Spanish Public Film Academy was established in 2006. It is a college under Spanish public universities. It provides a variety of courses and seminars. Its teaching building area is 6,500 square meters, with complete facilities and equipment. The school provides comprehensive film and television arts courses. The film school recruits students from all over the world and has established cooperative relations with many universities and educational institutions around the world. Since 2010, the school has become a member of CILECT (the International Federation of Film and Television Schools CILECT is recognized by the United Nations Institutions, whose members are 170 famous film and television schools from 57 countries).
After being led by the EU-China Commission, the Spanish Public Film Academy plans to establish a high-standard institution of higher learning in China-"Europe China International Film and Television Academy (preliminary name), located in Beijing, and plans to select a first-class university with relevant qualifications.
